This loaf is shaped as a round, allowed to rise before being painted with EVOO, coated in herbs and seeds and baked on the sole of a hot oven​. With the high oil and water content and being baked on a high temperature this bread remains quite soft. Perfect for toasting, eating fresh to sop up juices from a hearty meal or just tearing and enjoying the delicious flavours from all thos
