Ancient Sour - $10

Multigrain seeded sourdough bread. Has a tender inside and crusty crust, all loaded with the delicious crunch and flavour of toasted seeds. Makes amazing sandwiches and great toast. When you put seeds in breads you have to soak them first, otherwise they absorb moisture from the dough. This also helps the bread stay fresher for longer.

Arabic - $8

An almost-flat bread that's both tender and chewy with an oily, golden crust covered in spices, herbs and seeds. Arabic is based on a bread Lachie once ate in the backstreets of Marseille, where North African and French baking traditons combine in a heady, cross-cultural mash up. To get the unique texture, we whip the dough on high speed while drizzling in cold water to make it slack but highly elastic before fermenting it cold. Great for dipping, ripping, sharing, plus makes great toast.

Arabic Roll - $2

Made with unbleached white flour, water, salt, yeast, and EVOO and topped with a secret mix of herbs and seeds. This loaf is shaped as a round, allowed to rise before being painted with EVOO, coated in herbs and seeds and baked on the sole of a hot oven. With the high oil and water content and being baked on a high temperature this bread remains quite soft.
