An almost-flat bread that's both tender and chewy with an oily, golden crust covered in spices, herbs and seeds. Arabic is based on a bread Lachie once ate in the backstreets of Marseille, where North African and French baking traditons combine in a heady, cross-cultural mash up. To get the unique texture, we whip the dough on high speed while drizzling in cold water to make it slack but highly elastic before fermenting it cold. Great for dipping, ripping, sharing, plus makes great toast.
