Ancient Sour

Multigrain seeded sourdough bread. Has a tender inside and crusty crust, all loaded with the delicious crunch and flavour of toasted seeds. Makes amazing sandwiches and great toast. When you put seeds in breads you have to soak them first, otherwise they absorb moisture from the dough. This also helps the bread stay fresher for longer.
